  An e-mail went out: the comment period closes December 17. There is a public hearing at CARB HQ, CA, on the afternoon of December 17th. All comments must be evaluated. A 45 day reevaluation may be appropriate if there are too many negative opinions regarding the bill.
• IEC TC105 - Kelvin Hecht
  Plenary meeting next week and will report at next month’s meeting

Action Items

• NHA and USFCC should schedule a meeting w/DOE to ID critical ISO and IEC participation needs and how best to address and resolve…encourage industry participation…DEC 5.
