  • 08 Budget is expected to hold fast though there are approximately 23 million dollars in earmarks.
  • Continuing Resolution will be in effect at least through mid-November.

  • GTRs high priority WG11 (inadequate and not harmonized for what is happening in the US)
  • ISO 197 needs to be aligned to ensure industry interests are paramount.
  • NHA & USFCC (with support from DOE) should get together to ID the best strategy

    - March 2008 workshop at California Fuel Cell Partnership regarding equipment, fuel quality and method of sale
  • CA Division of Measurement Standards - John Mough
    An e-mail went out: the comment period closes December 17. There is a public hearing at CARB HQ, CA, on the afternoon of December 17th. All comments must be evaluated. A 45 day reevaluation may be appropriate if there are too many negative opinions regarding the bill.
  • IEC TC105 - Kelvin Hecht
    Plenary meeting next week and will report at next month’s meeting
